Usage Agreement
By inviting this bot and/or using the commands of the bot, you agree that you have read and understood the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the bot.
You also agree that you will use this bot in a manner that complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We take no responsibility for any actions or omissions of the bot and are not liable for individuals who use the bot to break any of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
By using the bot you agree to the following:

You will not attempt to disrupt the service of the bot through any
means. This includes, but is not limited to:
- (Distributed) Denial of Service (DoS or DDoS) attacks at PoroScout's infrastructure.
- Abusing any bugs or exploits in the bot.
- You will not use the bot in a manner that may violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- You will not use the bot in a manner that may violate any local laws.
- You will not use the bot to disrupt other services.
- You will not use the bot to send spam or spammy content.
- You will not use the bot to send any content that is hateful, harassing, abusive, racist, sexist, or otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right to deny any user access to the bot or any support methods for any reason.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country, to use PoroScout. PoroScout does not perform any age verification of its own and relies on Discord's Terms of Service for age eligibility. By using the bot, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Donations
PoroScout is completely free to use. We may accept voluntary donations to help cover operating costs. Donations are optional, do not grant any additional features, benefits, or priority of any kind, and are not a payment for access to the bot.
Intellectual Property
The PoroScout name, branding, and the bot itself are the intellectual property of the bot's developer. The bot's source code is closed source and is not licensed for redistribution, modification, or reuse.
This website (and only this website) is distributed as an open-source project under the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). The open-source license applies solely to the website and does not extend to the bot, its source code, or its data.
Service Availability
PoroScout is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the bot will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at any given time. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the bot or its features at any time, with or without notice, and without any liability to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PoroScout displays League of Legends data sourced from third parties. We do not warrant that any statistics, rankings, match data, predictions, or other information provided by the bot are accurate, complete, or up to date. You use the bot and rely on its output at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
PoroScout is operated by an individual as a personal project and not by a registered legal entity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the bot.
Because the bot is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims relating to the bot shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the bot, which is zero United States dollars (US$0.00).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer of PoroScout from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the bot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party or any applicable law.
Termination
We reserve the right to deny any user access to the bot or any support
methods for any reason, at any time, and without notice. You may stop
using the bot at any time by running /unlink to remove your
linked data and by removing the bot from your Discord server.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server. Your continued use of the bot after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the bot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kentucky.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
